HEALTH TIPS !!
WE ALL STRAIN UPON HEALTH IS WEALTH !!
MAINTAINING OUR HEALTH SHOULD BE OUR PRIME DUTY. MAINTANING OUR HEALTH PERTAINS TO NATURAL LAWS SUCH AS NATURAL AIR, NATURAL LIGHT, EXERCISING, BALANCED DIET ETC WHICH IS OUR PRECIOUS POSSESSION.
EXERCISING :-
Making a habit of exercising should be our utmost priority. Specially the stretching exercising which helps in digestion and circulation of our blood.
ATTEND BREAKFAST :-
Breakfast is the most important meal of the whole day as our day depends on it.
SAY YES TO BANANAS:-
If its a concern of health they are very cheap full of protiens and easily available all seasons. Moreover banana shake adds a plus point to it.
GET RID OF STRESS:-
Eat your stress away eat juiy fruits at regular intervals of time , have low blood sugar which will emphasis on your blood circulation.
GLYCEMIC INDEX:-
High amount of glycemic intake will improve your metabolism which is found in bread, sugar, honey.

Try to catch up the stairs as it involves more physical work rather than lifts.
REGULAR MORNING WALK:-
Go for regular morning walk as it is a good sign of healthy living plus in early morning there is more amount of oxygen present in atmosphere so intake of oxygen is compulsory for health because morning time is the appropriate time for exchange of carbon Dioxide and oxygen.
Moreover take your pet specially a dog as you will be taking care of him while walking which involves physical works.

Go for regular check ups such as Blood Pressure, Sugar Level in your body and other diseases and try to remove them and come over them as they can be harmful to your body.

MANOHAR AICH:-
He is an professional bodybuilder with birthplace in Bengal. Beingm only 4 feet 11 inches he was coined with the name of "POCKET HERCULES" . Since his childhood he was interested in physical activities, he also joined Air Force where he met an british instructor whoo motivated him further and he became a member of IFBB. Another notiable point is that during his days in Air Force he slapped an british officer for which he was imprisoned and due to his dedication he still continued his body lifting in jail.
MAHADEV DEKA:-
By profession he was an engineer but unfortulately he went under an heart surgery and also chemotherapy but this could'nt stopped him for going gym. He won an bronze medal in Bharar Kumar Championship. Currently he is an brand ambassador of an NGO called Kidney Citizen.
PREMCHAND DOGRA:-
He was awarded "THE ACHIEVEMENT " medal and won many prizes in weight lifting. He belonged to an Gurdaspur distt. of Punjab. He was crowned with many titles like Mr. Punjab, Mr. India, Mr. North India.

She was born in South Germany. As a child her passion was gymnastics. She had a great interest in outdoor activities like horse riding etc. She also wrote a book on Body Flex Body Magic.
She was the most attractive wrestler in wrestling she could do be more harmful and can defeat the big guys easily. She marked a good name of herself in armwrestling.
HEATHER ARMBRUST:-
She is a professional body builder and won her very first competition in 2000. However unfortunately she left body building do to injuries and persinal problem after then she shifted to Colorado. She was ranked 3rd in 2000 game.
CHRISTA BAUCH:-
She was from East Germany and was really a family oriented woman but she finally carried her profession as a body builder as well and came out with flying colours.
