WHEY GAINER PROTIENS......!!

There are different reasons why people join gym. Some prefer to loose weight or other prefer to gain weight. WHEY PROTIENS:-

In order to gain mass intake of these protiens is recommended. These contains mixture of globular protiens which is bulged out from whey a product which comes from cheese production. The percentage of protiens in cow's milk is 20% whey protien and 80% casein protien whereas incase of humans it is 60% whey and 40% casein.These protiens are a mixture of beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactoglobulin, bovine serumalbumin and immnuglobulins.These are of three types:-
1) Concentrates and low level of fat and high level of cholestrol
2) Isolates which are monitered to remove fat and lactose. and are usually lower in bio active compunds.
3) Hydrolysates which are processed for easier metabolizing and are higher in cost.
                                                        The whey protiens act as a catalyst in building up the body. The study it increases your strength supplementing as compared to other supplementing casein. A young person intaking protiens is having a minimal effects in their tissues whereas an elderly one is more prone to high effects of protien supplementing.
