OTHER UTILITIES.....

GLOVES & LIFTING STRAPS:-

These provide support to our hand as there are risks of getting bone minor fractured. Moreover it prevents clogging of our mass beneath the fingures of our hands. 











WRISTBANDS & HEADBANDS:-

These help to absorb sweat from our hand and forehead allow us to concenttrate on our exercise.











WEIGHTBELTS:-

These belts are used for providing extra support specially in terms of lifting exercise. These are to tied along our waist.
