FEMALE BODYBUILDERS..!!

IT'S NOT ONLY THE BOYZZ AND MEN'S WHO ARE RULING THE WORLD OF BODYBUILDING THERE ARE SEVERAL WOMEN'S THOSE WHO HAVE IMPACKED THEIR MUSCLES AND SIX PACK ABS AND LEAVING MEN'S BEHIND. YOU GOT TO LOOK AT THIS :-

NORA GIRONES:-

Having a bodybuilding as a background in her family her father was also a bodybuilder in late 50's but then at that time there was no any mean of making body they used to make weights with can's and cements. Her biggest inspiration are Cory Everson and Anja Langer . Entering at the doors she was like the Love At First Sight and then she never turned back............

MONA GIOIOSA:-

Her muscles were the most highest peaked. She has worked so hard to get in shape tha ine can hardly identify her as a women. 

FANNIE BARRIOUS:- 

She was from Caracus, Vanunzuela and had won many title in middleweight and light weight class. After then she worked as a personal trainer in miami but unfortunately died of apperent stroke in the night in 2005. But her hardwork and dedication will continue as an isnpiration for the youth.

VALENTINA CHEPIGA:-

She was persuing an engineering course in Gas Heating. She is currently working as trainer in U.S . Her greatest success was winning a Ms. Olympia in 2000.

DEBI LASZEWSKI:- 

She is currently on her best shape of her life. She was assumed to be the threat to others lady bodybuilders after winning the Ms. International and Ms. Olympia. She is known for her untouchable physique .

PAVLA BRANTALOVA:-

She is a born wrestler, she was ranked third in the lightweight championship. It is said at her time she used to bench 180 pounds with eight repetitions. She fought against female and male wrestlers.

LISA CROSS:-

She is a female bodybuilder and a current police woman and a english teacher. She won a UKBFF ladies physique champion. She is from Greater Manchester.

ANGELA DEBATIN:-

She is a brazillian former body builder and is certified from ISSA as a personal trainer and IFA certified aerobics instructor. 

ANJA LANGER:-

She was born in South Germany. As a child her passion was gymnastics. She had a great interest in  outdoor activities like horse riding etc. She also wrote a book on Body Flex Body Magic.

HAYLEY MCNEFF:-

She was the most attractive wrestler in wrestling she could do be more harmful and can defeat the big guys easily. She marked a good name of herself  in armwrestling.

HEATHER ARMBRUST:-

She is a professional body builder and won her very first competition in 2000. However unfortunately she left body building do to injuries and persinal problem after then she shifted to Colorado. She was ranked 3rd in 2000 game. 

CHRISTA BAUCH:-

She was from East Germany and was really a family oriented woman but she finally carried her profession as a body builder as well and came out with flying colours.
