warm ups.......

Warm Up is generally a gradual exercise and is must for starting gym. It is done before doing any exercise in which muscles are stressed. It includes Push Up's , Jogging , Stretching Muscles etc. Advantages of Warm Up's :-
1) It releases adrenaline.                                             4) Flows oxygen in blood.
2) It increases heart rate.                                            5) Decreases blood viscosity.
3) Increases body temprature.                                    6) Supply of energy.
