MAINTAINING OUR HEALTH SHOULD BE OUR PRIME DUTY. MAINTANING OUR HEALTH PERTAINS TO NATURAL LAWS SUCH AS NATURAL AIR, NATURAL LIGHT, EXERCISING, BALANCED DIET ETC WHICH IS OUR PRECIOUS POSSESSION. 

EXERCISING :-

Making a habit of exercising should be our utmost priority. Specially the stretching exercising which helps in digestion and circulation of our blood. 

ATTEND BREAKFAST :-



Breakfast is the most important meal of the whole day as our day depends on it.

SAY YES TO BANANAS:-

If  its a concern of health they are very cheap full of protiens and easily available all seasons. Moreover banana shake adds a plus point to it.

GET RID OF STRESS:-

Eat your stress away eat juiy fruits at regular intervals of time , have low blood sugar which will emphasis on your blood circulation. 

GLYCEMIC INDEX:-

High amount of glycemic intake will improve your metabolism which is found in  bread, sugar, honey.


STRETCHING EXERCISES:-

When you stretch ease your muscles fully so as to relax your muscles.

MEDITATION:-

MeditationMake an habit of waking up early and get urself involved into little meditation which freshen ups your mind.












WATER :-

Drink plenty of water as it is good for purification of blood and also completes the water requirement of our body. 

TRY TO BE MORE PHYSICAL :-

Try to catch up the stairs as it involves more physical work rather than lifts. 

REGULAR MORNING WALK:-

Go for regular morning walk as it is a good sign of healthy living plus in early morning there is more amount of oxygen present in atmosphere so intake of oxygen is compulsory for health because morning time is the appropriate time for exchange of carbon Dioxide and oxygen. 
Moreover take your pet specially a dog as you will be taking care of him while walking which involves physical works.

Try to be surrounded by happiness all the time as it inculcates positive energy in you. 











TAKE CARE OF YOUR TEETH:-

Maintain good quality of your teeth go for regular check ups.
